Sound lagging on palm pre?

the sound in some video sites I go on on the palm pre comes 4-5 seconds ahead of time a
any body know how to fix this?

but like when I'm on youtube its perfectly synchronized.
very annoying

lol i had this phone and flippin hated it. i had this problem too so i got rid of it before i resolved the problem
