Soul Searching- Looking for a reason to stay with TMO

Price has be bound to T-Mobile. I have been with them since 2002, and My wife and I both have our own 1500 minutes, both have the BB data package, and both have 400 text messages for $120/month. I can't come close to that with the other carriers.

I would love to have a 3G Blackberry, or an iPhone, or a Storm, but, I'm happy with my 8120 and and great plan. Plus, the Customer Service has always been amazing for me. If you don't act like an a@@ to them over the phone, they are more likely to give you special pricing.

Everyone who has or had T-Mobile thought about switching. I'm not even going to lie, I've had thoughts on leaving T-Mobile and I still do. But I will make my final decision after I get my hands on the 8900. I have a feeling I will end up loving it and that might make my stay on T-Mobile. Plus I never had any issues with T-Mobile. I just wish EDGE was a lot faster because I'm always on WiFi here at home. EDGE is really bad at my house. Since I have WiFi I can't complain. CS rep was always great so no issues their. The plan that I have is great which is the $39.99 1000 minutes and I'm not giving that up. So to think about it I think I will stay with T-Mobile.

BTW - I've been with T-Mobile since June of 2006. I have 2 lines and I pay around $120 a month tax included.

Just got off the phone with Tmo and I am definitely planning on leaving TMO within the next couple of months.. They transfered me to their account specialist and I talked with him for a while and he did mention something about a touch screen blackberry coming out with tmo sometime in january.. He didn't have much more info about it but I'm hoping maybe the storm?? I'm really tired of seeing every other carrier get nice new phones and all I get to choose from is a G1 (sidekick??) or a flip blackberry which I don't care for at all.. As far as price and customer service, TMO is number 1 in my book but their phone choices are way behind everybody else.. Everybody is eating steaks and all we get is a burger thrown at us once in a while??? why??

I have had Tmo service since 2004 and seriously considering breaking my contract to go to Verizon (had bad experiences with ATT in the past so I'm not considering them again). I recently bought two new pieces of property for my business and get absolutely no service in EITHER establishment. I called to ask what they could do to help me fix this and they were no help. They claim that I should have 3-5 bars in both areas, but when I am indoors I have zero, and they won't waive my cancellation fees either because technically I should have decent service according to their maps. Uugh. 3 lines x $200 fee per line to cancel is outrageously expensive. All I want is to be able to use my phone.

Why not take a picture of your screen with Capture-It, or with another camera and take it to TMO and show them. You could also "invite" them to come see that you have no service. If you don't have service, it shouldn't be an issue with the ETF. It would also help if you had a Verizon (or whoever....) phone beside it to show that they DO have service there!

I'm with TMO and made a complaint about service where I work and live. Don't know what's happened, but I've been getting better service for the last week or so!
