I find him to be sexually desirable and special. He's so demanding and comical. I love him. What do you think of him?
 
I dislike him. haha. It's really annoying for me to hear his... rantings? I don't know.. I don't hate him because, he's still rather adorable and adRAB humor to the show. Still, it bugs me on how annoying his rantings are. >__>

While hes a unique character you can't truly hate in the purest form of the word.

He's also pure nightmare fuel. That ... Penguin has so many psycical anomolies he makes my brain bleed trying to figgure him out. Then comes the singing... and the long pointless stories... then more singing...

I really REALLY dont like him but he gave me one moment of awesomeness i shall never forget... "The moment he was wrong" if you've seen it you know the frames im talking about, if not its not spoilers.
