the other day my wrist had light red lines(which looked like blood vessels) around my wrist/vein area
then the next day my arm was sore in a specific spot and now today its gone and its sore on my wrist and i have a light bruise on my palm and it hurts when i move my thumb in a certain way
what could this be and what could be the cause of this?
i was doing a few pushups the night this started happening but i didnt experience any soreness or anything like that so i dont think pushups had anything to do with this?
