Hi everyone. I'm a 22 year old female. I have had a sore upper back/shoulders for several months. It could be related to my Chiari malformation or it could be related to my mild scoliosis. I'm not sure. Either way, my upper back is really weak; I think that's one of the reasons I slouch so much...Sometimes my head feels too heavy to support. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had suggestions about how to strengthen my upper back. Should I get a back brace (would that help with scoliosis)? Should I do yoga? Exercises at a gym?
