Sore nipples and stomach cramps

Hello

ive had sore nipples and stomach cramps like period pains for almost a month now, im on the pill and have been for 4 years, i dont think im pregnant im just wondering if theres any other reason for this that anyone knows of? ive got 7 pills left so its not my period.

any help is grateful thanks :)
 
Were you at all late in taking any of your pills? Were you behind even one day...and then have had sex? If so, you might want to get a home pregnancy test and run it just to be sure... The bcp today are so sensitive on when you take them that you really need to makre sure that you take them and not miss your normal time...
