Sore muscles from sprinting, and i have to compete next week!?

Yesterday I just had an athletics meet, and i ran the 100m, 200m and 4 x 100m relay, and today, my whole body is sore! :(
both my groins, both hamstrings, right quads, and both calfs are really painful.
even my waist area in the ribs: when i cough it hurts soo bad.
AND
the worst thing is that i still have to compete next wednesdayfor the 100m!

what should i do to treat them?
should i still train for next week's competition?
and when i stretch, i cant go far because it hurts too much, and im naturally not that flexible.
so help please!
