I have just brought my bike out of the basement yesterday, after it was sitting down there for about a year or two. Now my butt really hurts from sitting on the seat. It was always like this for me and I think it is just until I get used to the hard seat again. How can I make it feel better or prevent this from happening? I really wanna ride more bike today but I know it will hurt like crazy.
