Hi all:
I recently started an exerciseing after a long lay off. One of the parts of my program is exercises with a dumbbell. At first it caused my upper arms to be sore and I took some time between workouts to rest my muscles. After awhile this went away and I was able to stick to the schedule I had planned. Last week I was unable to do it for a few days because I had a busy schedule. My arms feel sore just like they did when I first started. The only weird part is that I have not done any exercising in a few days. As long as I was keeping up with my schedule I was fine, but as soon as I stopped for a few days my arms are sore.
