Yesterday I went golfing and after the first 9 holes I started to feel awful...my eyes become sore and red, my nose kept running and I started to get a headache...after I finished the 18th hole I felt terrible...couldn't focus on anything and actually felt unsure driving home because my eyes were so puffy and watery....I have never had an allergy in my life! Is it possible that I have develped hay fever? My eyes were not itchy but just sore...this morning I feel fine but my eyes are still quite swollen and puffy....could someone recommend a good allery medicine for me? thanks
