Soul Silver can connect with platinum, pearl, diamond and heart gold. I really need to ask people if they could trade me a pokemon with the soothe bell attached because i desperately need it to evolve my eevee into umbreon =C Problem is my game has glitched and when i did have it, it is no longer in my bag or in park area where i found it...i will trade you either:
