sooo yeah.. i cant feel my feel my pinky finger :| help

its numb and has no strength what so ever. been going on for about 5 days now.

I asked my mum, she thinks its the way I leant on my arm when Im on the computer. Except I stopped doing that as soon as it happened, I make sure I'm never cutting off circulation.

Its that bad that I can't write neatly, its all scribbly and messy. And I cant open clips, pull or push things with that hand either. My finger besides the pink, and my middle finger (so all 3 in a row) are really weak too, exept I can feel them, just not my pinky

If you have lost feeling in your fingers, you have a pinched nerve in your neck area. That is what is causing the lack of feeling in your fingers. You have done something that has caused a nerve to be smushed so that it isn't getting the blood flow that it needs and you have lost feeling in your fingers.

I would suggest that you get into the doctor so that you can get some anti inflametory drugs to help relieave the pressure on that nerve. He/she can also figure out what you have done to put pressure on it.

 
Thats what my mum told me it was - a pinched nerve.

Thats the most logical explaination, but can pinched nerves really go on for 5+ days? I dont know much about them
