Me and my wife were living together in Arkansas until recently when i found out that 2 of our three kids are not mine. She moved into her parents and started to vandalize the home i was renting and my car. I moved to California where i grew up to put some distance between her and I. She has several warrants out for her arrest. She wont take my calls and she is either living with her parents wich is 6 people in a 2 bedroom trailer with holes in the floor cockroaches everywhere and no heater or air. Or she is living with this guy she just met wich they already have christmas pictures together with him holding my daughter. I know im suppose to take her to court but with her warrants she just wont show up and will take off. If i were to be able to find her could i call the cops and they would come out because she has warrants? And sence we are still married would they let me take my daughter because she is getting arrested? Any other advice would be appriciated. If you need more details im willing to post them just ask.

And if i live in california i go to college in california and have no way to move back and she gets arrested why would i have to ask to take my daughter i couldnt just leave her there with someone.
