sonyericsson j105 flashing error while half process

customer gave to me with please wait problem but i am tried setool flashing after that it does not power on because flashing process not completed.flashing error while half process
pls help
logs below
 
flash ic sector could not be erased, so it is hw problem or low battery voltage.
