Sony Walkman W-Series: I'm having problem with the Content Transfer?

Hi, so I have my Sony Walkman and its a W-Series

And I'm transferring music with the Content Transfer

However, someone accidentally deleted the music I had on it from the MUSIC folder (through My Computer) not from Content Transfer

So now on my Content Transfer, it says I have 1.78gb of stuff in the Other folder and I can't delete whatever is on that folder!

So does anyone have a solution?!
Possibly someway of deleting everything on the Sony-Walkman!

Please Help!!
