...about them & want to buy 1? I want to buy a good size flat screen tv but I dont have any clue what one to buy for my PS3. I want a 1080p and as far as sony and panasonic and stuff I want to know what brand is the best and why and what kind of tv is good for video games such as plasma LCD DCL or what ever that new one is called.
 
Go online to Home Theater Magazine and read the review on tvs. September issue featured the Panasonic Plasma 42" tv and compared it to a Sony, LG, Toshiba and Vizio LCD tvs. The Panasonic Plasma was the top choice and the only one with a THX certification. You will also notice that Panasonic has a tv in each of the price category of entry level to the high end, Sony and Samsung did not. Other brands like LG, Toshiba, Sharp and Sanyo did not even get mentioned. Plasma still offers the best picture quality of all tvs and less expensive than the LCD tv. Burn issue on the Plasma tv is no longer an issue. Hope this will help you out.
