Sony vs Panasonic vs Samsung Blu-Ray player?

On the whole, which of the three brands of Blu-Ray player is best?

By "best", I mean picture quality, load times, how soon firmware updates are ready, etc.

Do they all support Hulu/HuluPlus, NetFlix and YouTube, and are they all Wi-Fi enabled, or will I need an ethernet cable?
