ok, so my easycap capture card doesn't work with vegas pro 9; so i use ulead to record and render the clips (video game clips).. so when all that is said and done i open up vegas and drag the clips in there to put effects, intro, outro, etc in it. anyways............ when i click on "render as" in the file menu you get the save screen that pops up. i've been saving them in avi and they have been HUGE and take forever to process on youtube. i just saved a clip as an mpeg-1 instead of avi and it was tiny. took like 7 minutes to upload to youtube. this one looks like crap. i can't choose to watch it in 360 or 480. so what i'm wondering is what do i need to save my vegas files to when i save them besides avi to get this option in youtube?? i've done full video movies in ulead and render them in there and upload them to youtube and they give me the option for 360 or 480 when i'm watching them on youtube. i seriously uploaded an avi file from sony vegas to youtube a day and a half ago and it still says it's processing.. 7 minutes long and it turned out to be 1.31 gigs..
