I'm making a video for my city's MLK JR "I Have a Dream" contest and want to do a certain effect with a picture. What I'm trying to do is visually split the clip in half and have both halves rotate opposite ways downward.
I've been trying to do it but it's not coming out right :/
Any ideas on how to get this effect?
