Okay so basically I didn't want to view any of the videos I downloaded (converted them to AVI) using Windows Media Player so I went off and downloaded VLC Media Player instead. Just to let you know, that the project I was working on in Sony Vegas was perfectly fine.
After I viewed a couple of downloaded videos on VLC Media Player to make sure they were fine, I re-open Sony Vegas Pro 8 again and open up my project but then I find it with half of the video clips I used missing and some that were still there said "Media Offline." So I basically deleted that project and opened a new one, but once I opened up a video in the trimmer it also said Media Offline and I could only hear the Audio. I drag it on the timeline I only see the audio and no video. I've had my codecs all installed already and they're perfectly fine. Everything was fine up until I downloaded VLC Media Player. Help Please??
