I want to be able to cut around someone in a video I'm doing and be able to still have it as a video and not a picture (I could still do a picture I just don't want to) and have a video playing in the background with the cutted one playing with it at the same time so you can see both people. The only effect I have to cut around people is a circle with an F in it, I want to know how I can change it to be able to draw around someone and be able to have two videos seen and playe at the same time.
