Sony Vegas Large render file size?

Ok, so I got a new computer for christmas, and Instead of going with sony vegas Pro 10, I decided to try Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10.0. This is almost the EXACT same thing as vegas pro 10, though, so I'm happy with it. The only noticeable difference, is the simpler render system known as "Make Movie". You can still choose the "Render As..." option and it looks just like Vegas Pro. Anyways, I was editing a video that is 701 Megabytes in size, and after rendering that video, the rendered video is 4.07 Gigabytes. The Frame size is 1080x720x30i, with progressive scan. I want to know why is the file size so large, when other videos I've rendered on this PC with this Exact program, and how can I change it. The only settings ive changed between the last video I rendered was the frame size. Here is what the description of my custom Render Template is: Audio:

44,100 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, WMA
Video: 30 fps, 1280x720 Progressive, 6.3 Mbps
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.000

What are some settings that keep the video is HD (720p or 1080p) and keeps files size 1.3GB or lower. Note: I am using the file type ".wmv" also known as Windows Media Video, because .avi files are way to large. Thanks
