Sony Vegas: Help in Making Movie?

So I have my film complete, but I want to make it a video, but when I mixed it down, it only saved or made the ending of the video the entire movie, why isnt the film from the start all the way to the end included? Can someone help me please? Thank you.
I'm using Sony Vegas 9.0 Platinum
