Sony Vegas 9 pro Rendering Problem?

Okay I'm trying to render a video (tried everything...mpeg, avi, ect) and it takes 2 seconds (maybe cause its a short video?) and when i click on it, its 0:00
EDIT: I FOUND THE PROBLEM I WASNT HIGHTLIGHTING
