My sister's laptop is shutting down for no complete reason! Even though its fully charged it keeps shutting off. Whenever I take off the plug it shuts down within 5 seconds or lasts 20 mins. and shuts down on me. I don't know what it is but i think the battery is burnt out. Help me please!
