Okay, so I have a Sony Vaio EA series laptop. My laptop is malfunctioning. Windows won't update and everything somehow gets deleted when I turn it on, it says "Preparing your desktop" (after restarting its fine). Sometimes when I try to power it off, the light stays green. I have a warranty and I just got the laptop two months ago. Can it be replaced for another one or can I get it retuened. I don't want to repair though.
