Sony V800 vs Z800???? What's the diff????

I am thinking about buying a V800 or a Z800. What are the differences? They both look identical and pretty much the specs online are identical too. Please let me know what, if any, are the main differences. Also how long can you record Video on these phones? Is it as long as the memory allows or just 15 sec? Thanks.

v800 and z800 is almost the same phone but v800 is locked with vodaphone.
