We have a 46" Sony Bravia KDL46XBR4. After turning on the TV, the entire right side of the screen looks burned in, a dark brown in color, and we can barely see what we're trying to watch. Before, after about an hour of waiting, the right side would start flashing and eventually return to normal. Now, it remains dark no matter how long we leave the TV on. What's the problem here?
Something with the CCFL backlight? Is that easily repaired or must we ask for professional assistance?
