Sony S700i unlocked for tmobile question

I was using the search feature on this site and I realized alot of users have unlocked the s700 for tmobile. I like my tmobile service and find it to get the best reception in the area where I live. I was wondering where I could buy the S700 in an english version?
 
you can buy it from anywhere. all sony ericsson firmware has english as a selectable language.
