How do you file a class action lawsuit and do i have a case?
I had a playstation 3, which stopped working because of firmware problems, and it cost $100 to fix it by sony. I looked online, and this is basically the "red ring of death" for the PS3.
I bought another ps3, which happened to have a different problem, and won't read discs anymore. Again, it costs money to fix this and many others have this problem.
The problems do not relate to the care of the PS3. They happen almost randomly, and users have no power over their occurrences.
Is this a good case (similar to the red ring of death lawsuit against microsoft).
How much would i have to spend on this case
and what are my chances of winning?
