Sony MDR-XB300 or Skullcandy Skullcrushers?

I know there was another post like this but i want another answer.... I want to know if I should go with either the Sony or Skullcandy headphone.

Extra Question:
-Does the subwoofer actually make a difference in the Skullcrushers?
