I bought the Solo HDs but im honestly not impressed and i heard for $200 less i can get the sonys which are better and have more bass(which is all i listen to) but the only reason i have the Beats if because of the style and popularity with athletes and celebrities etc. So what I Do? Return them and get the Sony's? Or keep em?

Hi,
I found your post searching for some xb300 reviews from actual users, not cnet. It's difficult for me to believe that you'll get the same quality from something which is $30 than something which is $300, at the same time I have no reason to believe otherwise. I think the "you get what you pay for" expression has been ingrained into my mind so it's difficult to imagine that the $200 difference is just because dr.dre is on the box. Either way, I wouldn't buy the monster beats because of the rpice tag unless I win the lottery tomorrow.
I got an email from a friend of mine who's always looking out for deals for the xb300 for $26 shipped and wanted to hear from someone who has these for more than a month. What are they like after they're broken in? btw the price is on expressbuy123.com and it's only for like 3 days so please let me know if you ended up getting these and what you think
