I dropped my Sony HD handycam about an hour ago because my new tripod is really flimsy and it flipped it over. when i turned it on it was working fine and the lens wasnt broken but literally 5 seconds a blue screen came up and it said something like "overheating. please turn off power and keep in a cool place"
i've kept it in front of the a/c for an hour with the battery ppack out and i tried it again and the exact same thing happened... is my camera ruined? will it catch on fire? is there a way to fix this?
