Sony Ericsson is working on something cool and that is a set of APIs for making 3D maps to web services and Android apps. Ericsson Labs has this development called 3D Landscape and although it's still under development, the maps are only available in Stockholm at this time. We're hoping that the 3D maps will hit other countries in the near future, but it's something I'm sure we will be waiting on for a while. The phone pictured showing the 3D Landscape is the Android based Xperia X10 phone.
