Hi, I'm trying to transfer pictures on my camera roll to my memory card to put on my computer, but I'm a little confused. I just thought once I hooked up the USB cord to my pc i could go to my pictures and it would have an option saying something about 'save to memory card', but it says "mount" or "unmount" to copy things to pc, so i press "mount", then go to my pictures and it says i have 0 on my camera roll (which is not true).THEN it said memory card is unavailable...which I know my SD card is in my phone I took it out and put it back in the right way and then tried it again and its not working...can you tell I haven't had this phone very long? Lol, please I need help! How do you do this? Someone break this down for me !
