Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Phones!?

I just got a Sony Ericcson Xperia X10 phone. When I send a picture message, it comes up with a envelope and a red clock. It does not have this icon in the book.! So What does this mean? Did the multimedia message send?

Also.. If you have this phone, please tell me something cool I can do with this phone. I just got it yesterday.
