I'm currently thinking about getting a X10 Mini. And I have some questions, if you guys wouldn't mind answering?
Here's my situation. For a few years now, I've had a Nokia 6300. In march I got the Sony Elm. However, I decided to give that up for a more up-to-date can-do-more phone such as an Android. So, basically I am very new to the Android.
A friend is currently letting me play with their X10 mini while they are on holiday (as they have two phones). However, I am unable to use in entire phone, because I am unable to get onto the internet with my sim. So really I am just playing with the phone itself. Therefore I have some questions, that I thought you guys may be able to help me with.
1) Bluetooth. I am a little confused about this. I've read that you can't bluetooth photos etc from phone to phone on the X10 Mini? Is this true? And if so, can you download anything from the market to fix this?
2) Phone contacts. There's just a simple list. Is there an app which has a better display for contacts? Like maybe you can add a photo next to the name? Or the name AND Number is displayed in the list? Maybe I'm missing how to change this on the stock one?
3) Calendar. I use this a lot. On my Sony Elm (and also on the Nokia I had) it has a entire Day for entering notes etc. From what I can see on the X10 Mini, you can only add entries by the hour. Is there a way to change this? As I don't want to put things in by the hour, but rather the day. If not, is there an app which will let me do this?
4) Is there any eBay app for the X10 Mini?
5) Is there a Yahoo Mail app for the X10 Mini?
6) Is there a MSN messenger / Hotmail / Windows Live App for the Mini?
7) I haven't used a Qwerty keyboard on a phone, before but I'm told they are good. Is there an app for this on the X10 Mini? Or is that just for the Pro?
