Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini.. Internet problem?

I need to know how i can make the 3G password protected or something that will stop my phone going on the internet before I tell it too, my contract doesn't allow me to go on the internet and since christmas it's cost me £23.00, i'd like to be able to use the wifi on it, but not the 3G, so is there anyway I can do this? Please?
