Which one should I buy?

I am having a w910 and I've got display problems no matter how gentle I am. I've been sending it for repair for more than 3 times. I'm afraid if I buy the w710, I will experience the same problem again.
Nokia 6700
I have a N73 and it keeps on having memory error. I must clear off the memory in order to get text messages. I'm afraid I'll experience memory failure in Nokia 6700 as well.
