Sony Ericsson W395 video format?

I've successfully uploaded videos to my phone in the 3GP format but when I try to ad new ones, they tell me it is an 'unsupported media format'. I tried MPG4 as well, but it still says the same thing. Any advice?
I always use zamzar and I can only change the 3GP/etc. format.
