so i just got this phone yesterday and i am supposed to let it die then recharge it. So i let it die, then i try turning it back on to c if it is completely dead, first it was stuck on the sony ericsson symbol, then rogers, then just a white screen. there is no way to get rid of this white screen, and its completely screwed up
