sony ericsson vivaz messages not sending?

Text messages on my vivaz wont send says it has full signal but the envelope just appears at the top and wont send. Then when you go into the outgoing messages option it says resend at 7.02 etc then if you click it just changes the time. Confused anyone know how to fix this. Thanks
