SONY ERICSSON U5I VIVAZ... HELP PLEASE...?

I have problems while listening to music with the sony ericsson vivaz. Without headphones it is fine but with headphones i can't hear the voices of the singers. There isn't an option to change this. Is there anything online i can do or maybe you guys could help :).
