I've had my Sony Ericsson Vivaz for almost a year, and in the past two or three days it has started behaving oddly...
Whenever I receive a text I get no alert, no vibration, nothing, which means I have to guess when I get them. Also the three keys on the bottom of the phone are not reacting when it is on standby, meaning I have to use the power button to unlock it, which is a hassle.
I tried turning it on and off, removing batteries etc etc, and this only succeeded in freezing the clock so it ran 30 minutes behind..
Will I be covered by a guarantee, or is there a way to fix this problem?
