Sony Ericson J200i - Set Ring volume/reset profile

Hi All,
Recently, I switched-off and switched-on my Sony Ericsson j200i mobile phone.Suddenly, the phone has gone quiet (no more ring tone) :( .
I couldn't increase the ring tone volume either.

When I tried to reset the profile, it asked for a password which iI don't have.
I got this as a gift from my uncle in India? Is there a default password to reset the profile?

I just need to restore default setting (I need the phone to start ringing when a call is received.

Currently, the phone just displays "Incoming Call" when it received a call. No ringing...

PLS HELP. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED...

you can check your firmware version , ringtone, coloure ,vibrat and and time in stand by mode you can test your earphone keypad it works or not
