Sony Cybershot DSC-TX7 has enough xenon flash for capturing pictures in dark?

I have Sony Cybershot DSC-H9 and it has a perfect flash.... It works excellent in dark. So Cybershot TX-7 has enough flash light like DSC-H9? Plz reply soon.....as possible! Thanks
