Basically, I have a relatively old set of speakers which I wanted to connect my Ipod Touch to,
I have found out how to play the Ipod through the speakers however, it is very quiet and the qualty is crackly.
I am using - or so I think - the correct size jack cable to connect it to. It is the same size as the Ipod headphones in terms of diameter/length.
Music will only play through it if the jack going into the speakers is ''half in''. Sounds ridiculous I know, but It will not work if I plug it in fully. (There is no sound)
I don't want to buy a new set of speakers as money is tight at the moment, but if anyone has any ideas, advice or even first hand experience with Sony speakers; Any feedback will be appreciated.
