My Sony CHC-CL1 mini stereo's volume is notv working properly. Everytime i twist the nob to turn the volume up it will start getting louder then all of a sudden it will start decreasing. it s really hard to get it to the right volume. does anyone know if this is normal and if not how can i fix it?
