We got a Sony BDP-BX57 player today. Normal things like the disc playback is fine, but whenever you try to connect to any kind of web content like Youtube or Netflix, it is SLOW, and often times out or flat out refuses to load. Is there anything I can try before I call Sony tomorrow and tell them that their crap isn't working?
It's connected through wireless, and the signal is fine (laptop works from the same room, or even outside). I tried a software update to see if that would fix it, but it didn't help.
