After about 15 minutes watching a Sony blu ray my flat screen lcd starts to flicker and then goes dark. I turn the tv off for awhile then can watch blu ray again to repeat. Also, I just bought a new blu ray (I still got my old) and it does the exact same thing. I changed the HDMI cable (still got my old) and it does the same thing. Any help here? I really, really dont want to run out and buy another 46" tv to see if thats the problem. thanks, all, ahead of time.
